- Property and Cancellation Policies : To confirm the reservation is required to pay 50%. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days before the arrival date. For a full refund of the deposit, it must be done 60 days before the arrival date. In the event that you are unable to travel due to restrictions by any governmental authority regarding COVID, or become ill with COVID, you may change the dates as many times as necessary without penalty and always maintaining the original fare. Documentation may be required to support the inability to travel. A partial or full refund will be possible if we receive a new reservation for those nights. Terms and ConditionsGeneral rulesThe reservation is for the number of guests indicated in your confirmation. Additional guests will be charged an extra 50$ per person per night. Parties or events are not allowed. All credit card holders must be aged 25 years and older at check-in.No unregistered Guests permitted unless approval is given.Parties are strictly prohibited. Groups of single men are not permitted to rent the villa.Guarantee deposit required : 1,000 USD. To be paid in cash on arrival.
