We are located close to Playa Negra, home of wild beaches and a world-class wave Pico Negro, on the Gold Coast of Guanacaste, Costa Rica.
Our beautiful rooms have been decorated with a great taste, recycling wood from fallen trees, unused fabrics. They were painted and given a unique touch.
Latica is located within a property of 7 acres, a very special place since it happens to be surrounded by 988 acres of all natural and virgin land.
We created a unique place, where everything has been conceived so that our guests would naturally feel immersed in a Pura Vida ambiance, and therefore, in the invaluable satisfaction of feeling at home.

- Property and Cancellation Policies :To confirm the reservation it will be necessary to pay 50% of the total amount. 60 days before the arrival date the remaining 50%.With 60 days or less it will be necessary to pay 100% of the reservation. For full refund of the deposit must be canceled 60 days prior to arrival date. A penalty of 10% of the deposit will apply. Reservations for Christmas, New Year's Eve and Easter are non-refundable. In case you are unable to travel due to health ministry restrictions related to COVID, or if you become ill with COVID, you may change the dates as many times as necessary without penalty and always maintaining the original rate. Documentation may be required to support the impediment to travel. Terms and ConditionsTo confirm a reservation, it will be necessary to pay 50% of the total amount at the time of booking and the remaining 50% 30 days before the arrival date.A security deposit of $1.000 will be charged in cash, which will be returned in the same way once everything is checked at the time of Check Out.The villa is rented for the number of people in your reservation.The cost per additional person in the villa is $50 per person per night, being 25 people the maximum allowed.Daily cleaning is included, as well as assistance in the kitchen.Concierge service is included, who will be in charge of helping to organize everything concerning your trip: transportation, activities, chef service, etc. These services will be quoted and paid for separately from the reservation. Parties or events are not allowed. If you wish to organize an event you must consult in advance being clear with your expectations and you will have to pay an additional cost which will be fixed at the time of negotiation, parties or last minute events will not be accepted.Pets are allowed ONLY with prior authorization and with a damage deposit of $300 extra to be paid in cash at check in. Check in is anytime after 3:00PM and check out at 10:00AM.
